transactions and due diligence activities.<\/p>\n<p>He assists companies and groups in drafting financial statements, prepared according to both the national and international accounting principles (IAS\/IFRS).&nbsp; Lastly he assists the independent audit engagements and the boards of statutory auditors.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>He graduated from the Universit\u00e0 of Trieste with a degree in Economics<\/p>\n<p>He was employed by a leading international auditing company (PricewaterhouseCoopers S.p.A.) from 2017 to 2020.&nbsp; He was the Chief Administrative Officer for a group of companies
