A partner since 1999, Paolo Bertocco’s main activities refer to corporate taxation, extraordinary financing operations, mergers and acquisitions, family and corporate asset structures, financial statements and national and international accounting standards. He holds important positions as board member of control bodies.
He graduated in Economics and Business from the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and has been registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants and Expert Bookkeepers of Venice since 1995.
In his capacity as partner, he worked with Studio di Consulenza Legale e Tributaria – a legal and tax consultancy firm – affiliated to a leading international auditing company from 1986 to 1999.
