Partner from 2017, he sits on various boards of statutory auditors and board of directors.

Previously a member of one of the main companies in international auditing (the “Big Four”), he has gained considerable experience as audit manager in various companies, mainly in the manufacturing and services sectors, of which many listed on the Italian Stock Exchange’s regulated market (MTA/screen-based market). He has participated in “due diligence” work on extraordinary financing operations and has participated in multi-disciplinary teams for the design and implementation of management control systems.

He graduated in Economics and Business from the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and has been registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants and Expert Bookkeepers of Treviso since 1992. He has been on the Register of Certified Auditors since its establishment.

He became a partner of one of the leading auditing companies in 1997, opening an office in Treviso where he was general manager up until June 2016, and from 2004 he was area manager for its offices in Treviso, Padua and Verona. On 30 June 2016 he left the partnership, but remained a part-time consultant of the auditing firm for a few years.

As partner in charge of the auditing team, he oversaw the listing on the MTA market of Geox (2004), Save Aeroporti di Venezia (2005), Nice (2006) and Zignago Vetro (2007).

He was an adjunct professor of Corporate Organisation at the University of Architecture of Venice – department of territorial information systems – from 1996 to 2000.
