Giorgio Grosso

Giorgio Grosso is one of the founding partners of Studio Associato di Consulenza d’Impresa.

Giorgio Grosso primarily deals with accounting and organizational consultancy and extraordinary financing operations, including financial restructuring, corporate acquisitions and transfers, and equity investments.

He graduated in Economics and Business from the Bocconi University in Milan and has been registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants since 1982, and entered on the Register of Statutory Auditors since its establishment.

Prior to 1995, he spent ten years working as senior manager in a leading international auditing company. He was also on the board of statutory auditors of a listed company and controller and chief financial officer of two major companies in Northeast Italy.

He was chairman of the regional financing company Veneto Sviluppo S.p.A until his term of office lapsed in 2016, and simultaneously chairman of the asset management company Friulia Veneto Sviluppo SGR S.p.A. Currently, he is a member of the Comitato di Investimento del Fondo di Iniziativa Congiunta Veneto Sviluppo – Federazione delle BCC venete (the Investment Committee of the Joint Veneto Sviluppo-Veneto BCC Federation Initiative Fund: otherwise the Veneto Minibond project).

He has held positions as board member and regular statutory auditor of many companies, including listed ones, and remains on the board of statutory auditors of a dozen industrial groups.
