Franca Pozzobon

Franca Pozzobon has worked with Studio Associato di Consulenza d’Impresa since 2005. She mainly deals with economic and legal consultancy for companies and corporate groups, handling ordinary and extraordinary operations, due diligence and company valuation activities. She assists companies and corporate groups in drawing up their financial statements and business plans.

She also sits on the boards of statutory auditors as well as acting in a capacity as external statutory auditor.

Franca Pozzobon graduated in the Economics of International Business and Foreign Exchange Markets from the University of Trieste, and has been registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants and Expert Bookkeepers of Treviso and the Register of Certified Auditors since 2008.
