Graduated in Business Sciences
He has collaborated with Studio Associato di Consulenza d’Impresa – Consimp since the beginning of 2022. He provides consultancy and assistance to companies and groups, with regard to the financial statements, the corporate and administrative aspects as well as extraordinary transactions and due diligence activities.
He assists companies and groups in drafting financial statements, prepared according to both the national and international accounting principles (IAS/IFRS). Lastly he assists the independent audit engagements and the boards of statutory auditors.
He graduated from the Università of Trieste with a degree in Economics
He was employed by a leading international auditing company (PricewaterhouseCoopers S.p.A.) from 2017 to 2020. He was the Chief Administrative Officer for a group of companies from 2020 to 2022.
