Enrico Bellan

Enrico Bellan has worked with the studio since 2014. He is principally concerned with economic and legal consultancy, due diligence, company valuations, M&A and extraordinary operations. He assists companies and corporate groups prepare financial statements and multi-year business plans in compliance with both national and international accounting standards (IAS-IFRS). Moreover, he assists companies in situations of crisis or pre-crisis undergoing restructuring processes, turnaround programmes or voluntary winding-up. He also works as an independent statutory auditor and as a member of boards of statutory auditors.
