Formerly an employee and now partner since 2018, he provides economic and legal consultancy to companies and corporate groups for extraordinary reorganisation and financing. He assists companies in crisis or pre-crisis to implement restructuring and turnaround processes and accepts engagements in insolvency procedures as qualified certifier. He also assists companies and corporate groups in drawing up multi-year business plans and with national or international M&A operations.
He performs valuations on companies, corporate groups and company branches and acts as ex parte expert witness in litigation concerning company matters, the protection of industrial property and non-life insurance.
He sits on the boards of statutory auditors in both privately-owned companies and bank foundations.
Daniele Vanin graduated in Economics and Business from the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and has been registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants and Expert Bookkeepers and the Register of Certified Auditors since 2003.
He has received a specialization in Company Valuation – SAF delle Tre Venezie.
He is a conference and specialization-course speaker.
