Francesca Cecchin

Francesca Cecchin graduated in Economics and Business from the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and is registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants and Expert Bookkeepers of Treviso and the Register of Statutory Auditors.

She has worked with the studio since 2000. She deals, inter alia, with consultancy and assistance to companies and groups on corporate law and administrative matters, the preparation of financial statements and operations of extraordinary corporate reorganisation.

She assists companies in situations of crisis or pre-crisis undergoing restructuring processes, turnaround programmes or voluntary winding-ups.

She sits on the boards of statutory auditors of both private and publicly-owned companies.
